Upon receipt of your order, we will issue a final order form. Payment must be made upon acceptance of this order form. An order will only be accepted by us upon receipt of the full amount. We do not accept checks. This means that we only accept an order when the total amount of the order is in our account.
We will deliver the goods to you by courier. Shipping costs per country:
Belgium: €9.95 over €99 FREE
Netherlands: €9.95 over €99 FREE
Other Countries: €9.95 over €250 FREE.
Costs for rush orders are always at the customer's expense.
All shipments travel at the risk of the consignee. Furnishing and adjustment of the place(s) where the equipment is set up are at the expense of the customer, who is liable for all damage to the equipment , as well as for additional costs incurred by groenoase.nl, as a result of not timely, incorrect or defective performance. groenoase.nl is not liable if and insofar as its commitments cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure. Force majeure means any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which in all reasonableness should not come at its risk. Delay or non-performance by our suppliers, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, supply delays, negligence by suppliers and/or manufacturers of groenoase.nl. As well as of auxiliary persons, illness of staff, defects in auxiliary or transport means count explicitly as force majeure. We will execute your order with due care. If the delivery is delayed or proves not feasible, we will also inform you.
In case of cancellation for undetermined reason, please email this to us.
Of course, it can always happen that you are not satisfied with one or more products received. If this is the case, the product may always be returned, in its original condition and packaging.
After all, groenoase.com has a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this period you may view the ordered product, as you would in the store. If the product is no longer complete or looks visibly used, we unfortunately cannot take it back. When in doubt about this we always advise you to contact us, so you will not be surprised afterwards. We also do not take back products in case of a return.
Returning a product paid for with ecocheques? Then we will not give you money, but a shop credit back. This credit can be used to purchase another product in our webshop. Only our customer service can apply the credit. Please contact us if you want to order something to use the credit.
Every product in our range has a standard 2-year warranty.
Some products have longer warranty periods.

If problems are due in whole or in part to improper, careless use and/or installation or if the problem is due to external causes, the warranty is no longer applicable.
- defects or wear due to negligent maintenance,
- If changes have been made in or to the item by third parties,
- If the date on the invoice has been changed or made illegible,
- due to defects caused by non-intended or improper use such as failure to follow the accompanying instructions for use,
- damage due to willful or gross negligence,
- in case of external calamity such as lightning strike and the like,
- costs caused by third parties to repair a defective item will not be reimbursed.
Return procedure: the invoice number must be clearly noted on the return package. Returns without an invoice number and a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. Goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging, with all cables, power supplies and accessories, within 30 days of delivery. Incomplete products will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery
