You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited 100% of the order amount.
After canceling, you still have 14 days to return the order.
The costs for return from your home address to the web store are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
Products that meet one or more of the following cannot be returned:
a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken on products, they are no longer suitable for return;
b. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with consumer specifications;
c. that are clearly personal in nature;
d. which by their nature cannot be returned;
e. that may spoil or age quickly;
f. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
g. for individual newspapers and magazines; h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
